All these reviews are real. Ive just finished my case and it was dropped after 2 long years. The prosecution were asked to provide particular evidences and phone calls and reasonings to their line of actions. I believe it was due to their experience, Shahid and his team knew what to request in response to evidence the prosecution submitted. Any other solicitors might have overlooked responding with challenges to the prosecutions submissions. They might have just accepted it on face value.
They also pushed the court and the prosecution behind the scenes as to why the requested items have yet to be submitted close to trial date. I believe this helped in having the trial dismissed before I even had to enter a court room.
They have always been communicating well with regular emails and phone calls and even though you can tell at times they are really busy...probably with loads of other cases, they don't neglect your case.
I worked closely with Ian and he was a pleasant person to interact with. He was polite and professional. He went on annual leave and Muhtasein took over who was doing everything that needed to be done. Sumiya and the general admin team are really kind and pleasant to interact with when calling. Hi I had a case today where I was abuse of process I had a 2 year long case and I used advice wise throughout the day. When I was arrested I was asked if I had my own solicitor and I said yes and said advice wise seven kings. Shahid khan was handling my case. his legal team have helped me when blood was found and dna was found and matched. I still won my case. Never seen such a good team and it was my first time getting arrested. Shahid has kept me updated via email text and telephone and I have never felt uncomfortable raising a concern with him.
